- To administer the finance of the Melbet
- Establish excellent process of revenue, Melbet departmental budgets, and plan, develop, direct, control and analyses all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports so as to review operational issues impacting the company and pinpoint the weak areas
- Establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk & advise top Melbet in capital structure decisions and its effective implementation
- Perform risk management by analysing the organization's Melbet and investments
- Oversee and deal with Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external auditor for auditing, and Melbet regulatory works
- Initiate and supervise preparation of Annual Business Plan for the company, including financial forecasts, Business Modelling, and Business analysis
- Advice top management on financial strategies and financial planning matters with the ultimate goal of optimizing the effectiveness of financial resources of the organization
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the Melbet fund sourcing plans and capital structure Analysis R.O.I of new projects and existing project
